Today was my first visit to Dansk Day Spa and let me tell you I was more than pleased. From the moment I walked in and to the end of my services. The receptionist was very pleasant and I didn't have to wait long. The owner, Birgit, did my Brazilian wax and hands down this was the best wax I've had. Birgit was very meticulous and ensured all the hair was removed and it was not a rush job, she took her time. Other spas I've been to were not so personable and tracked time to the tee. She was friendly, she made me feel comfortable, and I felt right at home. To top this wonderful service off, we were able to share some stories of our military service/experiences. I forgot I was even in the spa, its like we had know each other for years with the conversation we had. This place is definitely about there customers and not just a business. As the receptionist check me out she told me all about their specials and gave me their cards which have some awesome discounts and information. Last but not least THANK YOU so much for honoring those that serve with a military discount. I will definitely be returning and recommend this spa to others. Thanks for making my day awesome.

Fantastic deep tissue treatment from Samantha; this is a truly great spa!

This was my first visit to the dansk day spa and the visit was sheer delight. Dana, the Office Manager, responded to my need for both a massage and facial. Giovanna gave me a skilled and artful hot stone massage. She is an angel with some serious experience.....I appreciated her quiet and professional manner. The facial with Candy was my first exposure to the salon products, Yon Ka ( a French line) that with essential oils that were so pleasant that I bought some. I also got to meet the owner Birgit, who took the time to talk about products with me,etc. I heartily recommend this spa and will be going back for more treatments.

Peter is absolutely the best massage therapist. He paid very close attention to what I told him I needed, and was very respectful towards my being female. I felt completely relaxed and at ease with him as my therapist.

I had a wrap this morning. Shed more than 2 inches in 30 minutes. Military folks needing a little extra help with the weigh in...give these folks a call. Going to try a massage soon, I feel like I've made friends here.

The spa is generally exceptional. Two outstanding services are Lori's facials and massages, and Pan's Thai massage. They are both refined masters at their craft, and go way beyond the call of duty to make everything just so-so. Lori is extremely knowledgable, experienced, and professional. Her products and equipment are first-class. The Thai massage was relatively new to me and it certainly isn't for everyone. If you enjoy relaxing and snoozing, Lori is fantastic! But if you want to be stretched, invigorated, and have your entire being 'reset', you will be awed by Pan's Thai massage; it is a life-changing experience! Oh, and did I mention that I live in Houston - known for its extravagant luxury in all forms - but have my spa treatments in Occoquan while visiting family here??!!

I got a spafinder gift certificate for mothers day from my husband, I have never been to a spa before so i was extremely excited! I came to Dansk for the first time and got a Deluxe Spa Pedicure from Donna. It was AMAZING!! She is so friendly and really likes to make sure your comfortable and enjoying your experience. I went back a few days later and got a spa manicure with the shellac polish, Also from Donna. I have never had the gel polish before but it turned out amazing, I absolutely love it! I will definitely be seeing Donna again soon. Thank you for making my experience at Dansk an amazing one!!

This place is awesome! The staff is very professional and they really go out their way to make you comfortable. Birgit is truly great. My goal is to make this a monthly habit to do something for "ME"!!!

I'll probably kick myself for giving this review because I'll probably never be able to get an appointment with Naphawan again. She has magic hands! Perfect from head to toe! She was also very considerate and respectful of me. I came to this spa because I had a gift certificate and I hit the jack pot when I got Naphawan. I live over 30 miles away but I'll be back for her most definitely!!

OMG, it was a wonderful experience. Going back for more. Husband wants the massage at least twice a month. I'll agree to that!!!

Had my first facial - the signature le grande with Lori on Saturday and it was fantastic! She made it all about me and it was the epitome of relaxing! Can't wait to go back for other treatments!

The prices are very reasonable and your website is easy to get around. I would suggest setting a picture gallery for those like me who have never been there. I am very interested in purchasing a gift certifiticate but I would like to see how it looks inside before purchasing.

I want to thank Dansk and Lori for rejuvenating my skin after completing 4 months of chemo for breast cancer. I now look forward to my monthly facials; not only because it is good for my skin but my spirit. The care and concern that I receive at Dansk is superior. I have tried many spas in my life; but, I am home at Dansk. It is a little bit of Europe 3 miles from my home.

What a wonderful, pampering experience. Candi and Lori are superb, and Susan is a breathe of fresh air. After a hectic week, we felt renewed and refreshed. Can't wait to try other spa services. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much.

I am very impressed with this company. Just like all good companies the back operation (i.e., spa services) are affected by the front operation. All receptionists are alert, personable, friendly, & most of all helpful and delighted to see me... Customer service at its best. I am impressed with Donna. My husband surprised me on my birthday with a gift certificate, and it was to Dansk Day Spa, I was very much excited when I got it, that I took the time to make an appointment soon after i received it and I was very glad I did. i must say that i have never in my life been to a Spa and this was one f the best experience I had. I was very much impressed with the boutique atmosphere it has when I first walked in and the aromatherapy smell that the spa has as soon as you walk and the serene music playing which made me feel very relaxed. The customer service is just wonderful!!! and Katie Badger was my massage therapist and she gave me a "Therapudic Massage" that was just out of this world she was wonderful! soon after the massage i went over for my "Facial" which Lori Pedemonti was the Aesthetician and she gave me the works on my face and i loved the glow i had soon after she finishedshe too was wonderful!!! after the facial i took a small brake to eat my "Lunch" which i loved very much and then went over to get my "Pedicure" which Donna Petersen was again great at massaging my feet, and giving me a Paraffin dip and doing a wonderful job on my pedicure! last but not least, I had my eyebrows waxed and again the Technichian was another lovely lady who took her time and patientce doing a grat job!!! so Lady's I congratulate and thank you for giving me a great treatment and i will be coming back to you again soon! love erything about Dansk Day Spa!!! :) so if anyone is looking for a Spa to go to this is defenetly the place to go!

I am a SPA JUNKIE and have had services at several places including the Ritz-Carlton, Red Door Spa, etc. Dansk is much smaller but big on their services and professionalism. Birgit and Marc provided the utmost service. I highly reccommend Dansk and plan to visit monthly.

I happened upon your website while searching for a gift for my lovely wife's birthday (no - I've become wise enough to not say how many there have been). Last year it was a mini-vacation to the beach for her and a girlfriend, but I think she may have liked this years day at Dansk just as much; She really enjoyed it. Both she and I thank you and your fine staff for being not only professional but warm and welcoming. I think I know what she wants for Christmas......

I recently needed to loose several inches off of my waist line for an upcoming army weigh in and tape test I went to dansk day spa and had one of there body wraps! not only did I loose two inches of my waist line but Hannah and the staff were awesome. They have not only earned my business but my friendship also...

A few weeks before my wedding I began to go to Dansk Day Spa and recieve facials from Lori. Let me tell you I have never looked so great as on did on my wedding day. My skin was radiant and soooo smooth. I can't thank Birgit, Lori and staff enough for making my special day PERFECT.. lots of hugs and kisses. :).. will return..

I came in the other day and the spa was just exquist but my service with the young lady in the front was alittle rude i would like to see more happier people and people that love were they work at.Like the young lady did not want me there.I would like to have the same hospitality the other young receptionist had.(The one with glasses and brown hair)Not sure what her name was but she was very nice and knew what she was talking about.Last but not least i love the spa Birgit including the jet room.Looks lovely.

I like to thank the staff for a very lushious time. Candi was great with my facial and Angie was awesome with my massage she got every nerve out of my system. i really enjoyed it.The receptionist "Megan" is very polite and and getting very knowledgable with her system. im sure you dont get this often, but both receptionist,male and female are very polite. i like "lee"? very front approach and knowledge she holds for the spa industry. loi? has a very pleaseant voice on the phone. much appreciated.

First, let me say thank for making me feel pampered and special! The staff is amazing! Candi and Angela treated me like a Queen! The new space is beautiful! But, I do have a few suggestions. There is a vent over the bed in the front room that blows cold air on your shoulders and face. Maybe you can find something to direct the air toward the wall. Second, I didn't find the Hawaiian music quite as calming as the rest of the sound tracks. And last, but probably most important, I think you should change your policy on using certificates for products. The products are pricey. Most women, icluding myself, feel some guilt about indulgence. Using the gift certificates would go a long way to help alleviate that feeling. Other than that, I brag about the spa all of the time! Thanks again!

i had a facial done by lori, and it was awesome, i also get my brows waxed by candi and she has formed my eyebrows perfectly, i love birgits pressure and her not so afraid approach to putting the pressure on, and i also have had hannah to do my pedi and she has the most bubbliest and charming personality. i love it. thanks ya'll!
